1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website (vanadio.ai) and apply to the listing of the Vanadio add-in for Microsoft Outlook. The commercial use of the Vanadio platform itself is governed by the service agreement (pilot or roll-out agreement) concluded between Vanilla Steel GmbH and the customer, including the data processing agreement. In case of conflict, the service agreement prevails.

3. Permitted use

You may use this website for information about Vanadio and to contact us. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of third parties.

All content on this website, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by Vanilla Steel GmbH or its licensors and protected by law. Vanadio is a trademark of Vanilla Steel GmbH (EU application no. 019384797). No license is granted by making the website available.

5. Content and availability

The website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Performance figures shown reflect results achieved in specific customer implementations and do not guarantee comparable results. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website at any time and do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of use. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

7. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
